Include the resin family, manufacturer or grade if specified, intended process, required quantity, destination and target delivery date. If you have a technical data sheet, mention it in your message.
Grade availability, origin, specifications, documentation and commercial terms are confirmed for each enquiry. Application suitability must be checked against the specific grade’s technical data.

Is a resin family enough to choose a material?
No. Different grades within a resin family can be intended for different processes and products. Please provide a grade reference or a description of the intended use; final selection should rely on the grade-specific technical information.
What information helps with a quotation?
Material family, grade or manufacturer preference, quantity, destination, planned delivery date and any mandatory packing or documentation requirements. For repeat purchases, include the expected ordering pattern.
Can an alternative grade be considered?
You may include an alternative-grade request in your enquiry. Similar naming alone does not establish equivalence. Review the relevant technical data and, where appropriate, carry out processing trials before accepting a substitution.
How are additional chemical product enquiries handled?
Send the product name or identifier, specification, quantity, intended use and destination. Product scope, documentation needs and feasibility are discussed for the individual enquiry.
